The way home.
I may not know your name yet,
Nor the time i shall meet you again
But the rain outside beats what i get
For a future kiss earned from vain.
You may not have my eyes on your way,
But now i'd give my heart and smile away
And the sweet embrace of this morning alone
Won't be smooth enough when you shall be gone.
That wonderful escape has done its magic
Freedom shall be law as luck is my logic,
When light as a feather dancing with joy
I shall kick my way home with some toy
I shall read every ray through the skies
As a promise for the most beautiful lies.
